How does billing work?

Both plans start with a 7-day trial for $1. After that, Basic is $14.99/month and Pro is $34.99/month, which adds AI listing creation and order management. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Cancel anytime, access continues until the end of your billing period.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

The AI only uses verified order data. It never fabricates tracking numbers or dates. If it cannot answer confidently, it sends a polite holding message and flags the conversation for your review.
